Here's a snap of my friend, Nicole, and I having an intimate dinner on a rare rainy night in LA. The location is Red Herring at the far east end of Colorado Boulevard in Eagle Rock. The decor is superb, the service completely accommodating and the food delicious. Nicole and I shared an entree with two starters...and, yes, splurged on dessert...warm apple pie a la mode.
